PT Galaksi Investasi Harapan (GIH) adalah perusahaan kontrak manufaktur (turnkey manufacturing) yang berbasis di Panbil Industrial Estate, Kota Batam, Kepulauan Riau. Perusahaan ini bergerak di bidang pembuatan komponen plastik (plastic injection moulding), perakitan PCB SMT, perakitan kabel, serta fabrikasi cetakan. COSTING ANALYST (MANAGEMENT TRAINEE) Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or currently in 3rd/last year of study in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Accounting, or Engineering Management Minimum GPA 3.00/4.00 Fresh graduates are welcome Basic–intermediate knowledge of costing/cost accounting Familiar with RFQ, BOM, and manufacturing processes Strong analytical and numerical skills Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, IF, Pivot Table, etc.) ERP knowledge is a plus Good communication, problem-solving, and time management skills Able to work independently and in a team Proactive and detail-oriented Technical Knowledge & Skills: Understanding of basic costing/cost accounting principles (material cost, labor cost, overhead, tooling cost) minimum in Intermediate Level Familiarity in RFQ (Request for Quotation) and cost component calculations to produce finished goods Familiarity with BOM (Bill of Material) concepts and manufacturing/production processes Strong analytical and numerical skills, comfortable working with numbers and have a very good logical thinking Ability to read part drawings/technical drawings (an advantage) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, IF Formula, Pivot Table, and any complex formula to analyse & summarize data) Familiar with other Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience or basic understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus Soft Skills: Basic to intermediate English proficiency (spoken & written) any English certificate (TOEIC/TOEFL/IELTS) is a plus Detail-oriented and highly accurate Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability Able to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks (high volume of daily quotations) Good communication skills for cross-functional coordination (Sales, Engineering, Purchasing) Able to work both independently and in a team Proactive with strong initiative Location: Batam, Indonesia Interested candidates can send their latest CV to: hr@gih-asia.com Subject: NAME_POSITION INFO LOWONGAN LAINNYA, DAPAT DITEMUKAN DI: T.ME/DISNAKERJA INFO: Akses lebih mudah di aplikasi Disnakerja
