PT. SP Manufacturing merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur di mana perusaaan ini memproduksi suku cadang otomotif, alat-alat rumah tangga di Indonesia, dan alat-alat elektronik, seperti PCBA, Wire dan lain sebagainya. Perusahaan ini didirikan pada tahun 1985 dan memiliki beberapa pabrik di Indonesia, termasuk di Batam, Tangerang, Karawang, dan Cikarang. SP Manufacturing menyediakan solusi manufaktur total mulai dari konsep desain hingga produksi penuh dengan peralatan dan proses canggih kami yang mengkhususkan diri dalam pembuatan Kabel Harness berkualitas tinggi; Rakitan Papan Sirkuit Cetak dan produk Pembuatan Kotak. 1. HRGA OFFICER Requirement Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HRGA, HR Administration, or a similar position, preferably in a manufacturing company. Good understanding of HR administration, attendance, overtime, leave, BPJS, and employee documentation. Familiar with General Affairs activities, including facility management, vendor management, company assets, transportation, accommodation, and employee welfare. Understand ISO standard 9001/14001/13485. Experience create procedure. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Good command of English, both written and verbal, is an advantage. 2. MATERIAL PLANNER / PRODUCTION PLANNER Requirement Minimum Diploma (D3) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or other related majors. Minimum 2 years of experience in material planning, production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing. Computer literate, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and related applications; experience with ERP systems. Able to work in a team. English proficiency, both oral and written. 3. PROGRAMMER TECHNICIAN Requirement Minimum Diploma III in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 1 year experience as a programmer. Experienced in PCBA manufacturing is preferred. Proficient in computing skill. Able to work in a team. English proficiency, both oral and written. 4. PURCHASING / BUYER SENIOR OFFICER Requirement Minimum Diploma with purchasing experience min. 5 years. Experience in electronic manufacturing is an added advantage. Familiar with ERP/SAP system. Expert ability to negotiate pricing, contract and payment terms. Ability to analyze market trends and forecast demand. Able to work in a team. English proficiency, both oral and written, and excellent in Ms. Office and computer skill. 5. QEHS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (SENIOR ENGINEER) Requirement Minimum Diploma with experience in the same position min. 2 years in manufacturing company. Having knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, ISO 45001, AS 9001 and TS 16949. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Good communication skills. Able to work in a team. Good attitude, hardworking and adaptable. 6. SMT SUPERVISOR Requirement Minimum Diploma III in relevant subject. Minimum 2 years experience in the same field in manufacturing company. Familiar with SMT process. Having knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 13485. Able to work in a team. English proficiency, both oral and written. 7. SOURCING SPECIALIST Requirement Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Sourcing, Purchasing, or Procurement, preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of supplier sourcing, vendor evaluation, and supplier development. Good understanding of cost analysis, price negotiation, and supplier management. Familiar with ERP/MRP systems is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel. 8. WIRE HARNESS MANUFACTURING ENGINEER Requirement Minimum Diploma with experience in the same position min. 2 years. Experience in Wire Harness manufacturing is preferred. Able to work in a team. English proficiency, both oral and written, and excellent in Ms. Office and computer skill.
