Fasilitas ini menjadi pabrik kabel serat optik terbesar di kawasan Asia Tenggara yang mendukung percepatan akses internet dan jaringan telekomunikasi OPERATOR PRODUKSI KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Machine Operation: Operating production machinery and equipment efficiently and safely to meet daily output requirements. Target Achievement: Completing production tasks and volume targets according to the established production plan and schedule. Standard Compliance: Strictly adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to maintain a consistent workflow. Quality Control: Monitoring the production process and inspecting outputs to ensure products meet the company’s quality standards. Equipment Maintenance: Conducting basic machine checks and routine cleaning to prevent downtime and ensure equipment longevity. Documentation & Reporting: Recording production data, output numbers, and reporting any technical issues or anomalies to the supervisor. Workplace Safety (6S): Maintaining a clean and organized work area (6S) and ensuring all tasks are performed in compliance with HSE regulations. Follow All HSE Procedures: Use required PPE and ensure safe working practices during all operational activities. Report and Maintain: Report any hazards, unsafe conditions, or incidents immediately and maintain good housekeeping in the work area. QUALIFICATIONS Education Minimum SMK (Vocational High School). Majors: Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. Experience At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing. Age Maximum 30 years old. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS 1. Technical Knowledge Machinery & Equipment: Understanding the fundamental machines. Standard Operating Procedures (SOP): In-depth knowledge of the step-by-step instructions required to perform tasks safely and efficiently. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Familiarity with workplace safety regulations, proper use of PPE, and emergency shutdown procedures. Quality Standards: Understanding the specific parameters and tolerance levels that define a “good” vs. “rejected” product. 2. Hard Skills (Technical Skills) Machine Operation: Proficiency in setting up, starting, operating, and shutting down industrial machinery. Measurement & Inspection: Skilled in using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify product specifications.
